Sanitation Commissioner: Jack B. Martin
The Sanitation Commissioner is responsible for overseeing and enforcing the guidelines for keeping the town clean and healthy. Water, waste, trash collection and insect control services are addressed by the Santitation Commissioner.

Public Safety Commissioner: James R. Banks, Jr.
The Police Commissioner is dedicated to excellence and committed to working in partnership with the Prince George's County Police Department and the community to enhance the safety and security of the Town of Eagle Harbor. By working cooperatively within the community there is a collabortive initiative to create an impact on crime and victimization, protect the life and property, preserve peace and safety, and uphold the law.

The Neighborhood Watch Program is a joint effort between the Police Commissioner and the community designed to ehance the neighborhood security. In addition to ehancing security, the program heightens the community's power of observation, promotes and enable citizens and law enforcement to work together to fight and deter crime while building a strong community.

Road Commissioner: James A. Green
The Road Commissioner manages the maintenance, repairs and preservation of all roads in the Town of Eagle Harbor. The Road Commissioner is also responsible for the street lights and signals, tree damage, tree trimming, snow, ice and leaf control and public signage.

The Road Commissioner ensures that all public access ways are safe and conform to the specifications and requirements of the State of Maryland Department of Public Works and the State Highway Administration as well as the Prince George's County Department of Public Works and Transportation Services.

License and Permit Commissioner: Joyce E. Prince
Joyce E. Prince oversees the town's license and permit process to ensure the town's covenants are maintained. Remember, before starting any improvements, repairs, renovations, construction, etc., a permit may be required from the Prince George's County Government as well as a permit from the Town of Eagle Harbor. Please review all of the guidelines and make sure to include all of the necessary forms when submitting a permit application. Your application will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
